Acid Reflux-Friendly Pesto Chicken Spaghetti

Well, there’s good news! This delicious Pesto Chicken Spaghetti is sure to satiate your craving for an indulgent Italian pasta dish without making you suffer the consequences for the rest of the day. Pesto Chicken Spaghetti

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4-6



  1. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add salt to the water until the water tastes salty. Add pasta and cook according to the package.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in milk and heat until warmed, do not allow to boil.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in Pesto Sauce.
  6. Drain pasta, keeping 3 tbsp of pasta water in a separate container.
  7. Add pasta and the 3 tbsp of pasta water to Pesto sauce and stir until pasta is coated.
  8. Top with Parmesan Cheese and cooked chicken. Serve and Enjoy!

  1. Made this tonight and it’s very good. However it was on the dry side. Next time I will double or triple the sauce.
