Banana Overnight Oats

Protein packed and perfect for an on-the-go option that can be made in advance

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Optional Toppings: berries, slivered almonds, honey

Method
 

  1. In a small casserole dish, smash the banana with a fork until the bottom of the dish is covered.
  2. Top with oats, milk, brown sugar, and Greek yogurt, then gently mix until combined.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Serve with any optional toppings and enjoy!
