Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 cups Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the bananas and oil, mashing the bananas until smooth.
  2. Add pancake mix, water, cinnamon, and maple syrup and stir until just combined.
  3. Let the mix stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium. Pour batter, ΒΌ cup at a time, on to the heated skillet. Once the pancake edges are dry, flip and brown on the other side. Serve and enjoy!
