Chocolate Peanut Butter Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Quinoa rinsed
  • 1 cup Milk or Non-Dairy Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana

Method
 

  1. In a medium sauce pan, add quinoa and milk. Bring to a simmer on low heat. Reduce the heat as much as possible, cover, and cook until quinoa is cooked through. Do not step away as the milk can boil over if the heat is too high. Keep a close eye on the temperature and adjust as needed.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter and cocoa powder until completely combined.
  3. Add cooked quinoa to a bowl and stir in the peanut butter mixture and honey until combined. Top with sliced bananas and enjoy!
