Easy Egg and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • Butter for greasing
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
  2. Grease an 8x11 baking dish lightly with butter. Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and whisk until combined.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and then bake for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve on English muffins or as is. Enjoy!
