Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce chopped and washed
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced or chopped
  • 10 oz Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 3 Carrots shredded
  • Dressing of Choice

Method
 

  1. Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl and top with remaining vegetables. Serve with dressing on the side.

Notes

This is a very basic salad recipe so lots of substitutions can be made. Feel free to add your favorite veggies like diced bell peppers, diced red onions, grilled corn, or anything else you have on hand. Croutons and/or dried cranberries are also a great addition.
