Naan Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • Oil or butter
  • 4 pieces Naan
  • 6 Eggs
  • ΒΌ cup Cheese shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Optional Toppings Diced Tomatoes, Hot Sauce, Green Onions, etc.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place naan on parchment lined baking sheets.
  2. In a medium bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and whisk. In a medium pan, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add eggs and push eggs around the pan until cooked through.
  3. Top the naan with eggs, distributing the eggs evenly between the pieces. Top with shredded cheese. Optionally, place in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melty and naan is warmed. Serve with optional toppings and Enjoy!
