Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Carrots sliced, about 3 cups
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, add the carrots and toss with oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the carrots onto the prepared baking sheet in one even layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and edges are brown. Serve and enjoy!
