Sausage and Penne

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb Sausage
  • 2 Tbsp Oil optional
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 lb Penne or any pasta
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach about 1 handful

Method
 

  1. In a large sauté pan, brown sausage in oil. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a separate pot, cook pasta as directed on the packaging. Strain and set aside.
  3. Once sausage is cooked through, add pasta to the pan and stir.
  4. Add spinach and cook, stirring frequently for about 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
