Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ lbs Chicken Breasts about 3 large
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place in a slow cooker and add water. Slow cook on low for 1 ½ - 3 hours or until chicken is cooked to 165 degrees F. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Chop and chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
