Tuna Stuffed Avocado with Olive Oil Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • Zest of 1 Lime about 1 tsp
  • Juice of 1 Lime about 2-3 Tbsp
  • 5-6 Tbsp Olive Oil to taste
  • 1-2 tsp Honey to taste
  • tsp Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • Red Chili Flakes optional
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 cans Tuna in water drained

Method
 

  1. In a small jar or bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, oil, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, if desired. Stir or shake until combined.
  2. Slice avocados in half and remove the pits. Evenly stuff each avocado with tuna.
  3. Drizzle with dressing. Serve and enjoy!
