These sweet and sour meatballs are perfect when you’re craving comfort food or when you need a potluck dish that will knock your socks off! This recipe can be halved or doubled.
Once cooked, these meatballs will hold well in the sauce in a slow cooker for up to 4 hours on low. You can serve them on rice, noodles, veggies, or just on their own as an appetizer! If you made these, please be sure to let me know your thoughts in the comments. Enjoy!

- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

- Vegetable or Avocado oil for frying/browning, if using Ground Beef (or bake in the oven on a sheet pan for 15-20 minutes at 400° F until internal temperature reaches 165°)

- Place cooked meatballs in sauce and simmer, covered for 30-60 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally to avoid burning the sauce (meatballs and sauce can also go in a slow cooker at this point).
- Serve over rice or noodles and veggies. Enjoy!
