Combine sauce ingredients in a medium sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine ground meat, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs, oregano, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic, mixing until completely combined.
Roll about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into a ball and place on a lined baking sheet. Continue rolling the rest of the meat mixture into balls.
In a large pan, brown meatballs on all sides in hot oil (no oil is needed for ground beef) or bake in the oven at 400° for 15-20 minutes.
Place cooked meatballs in sauce and simmer, covered for 30-60 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally to avoid burning the sauce (meatballs and sauce can also go in a slow cooker at this point).
Serve over rice or noodles and veggies. Enjoy!
