Method
- In a large resealable freezer bag, place all ingredients except for the pasta, seal, and freezer for up to 3 months.
- When ready to cook, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place the entire contents of the bag into a slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Shred the chicken and stir.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to the packaging. Add cooked pasta to the slow cooker and stir until pasta is coated in sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
